Abstract

На основе исследования критических отзывов бывших и действующих сотрудников банков выделены основные причины снижения кадровой эффективности кредитных организаций, проанализированы меры по противодействию отрицательным эффектам, обосновано введение системы сертификации банковских кадров для формирования групп наиболее квалифицированных работников с целью максимально эффективного использования их кадрового потенциала в банковской системе.
