Abstract

Значительную долю из всех зарегистрированных преступлений, составляют преступления средней тяжести, в структуре, которых преобладают преступления против собственности. В статье на основе литературных источников и статистических данных проанализированы элементы криминологической характеристики преступлений средней тяжести. Автором Проведен анализ уголовно-правовых показателей осужденных за преступления средней тяжести.
