Abstract

Рассматриваются особенности законодательной регламентации признаков должностного лица с учетом изменений и дополнений УК РФ, касающихся организационноправовых форм органов и учреждений, где лица могут исполнять организационнораспорядительные и административно-хозяйственные функции. Указывается на особенности квалификации коррупционных преступлений должностных лиц государственных корпораций, государственных компаний и акционерных обществ, контрольный пакет акций которых принадлежит РФ, субъектам РФ и муниципальным образованиям.
