Abstract

Значительное число предприятий малого и среднего бизнеса концентрируется в сфере торговли. Увеличение их вклада в развитие народного хозяйства невозможно без непрерывного обновления имеющейся материально-технической базы. Это требует значительных инвестиций, источники которых весьма ограничены. Единственной реальной альтернативой является лизинг, организация которого много сложнее. Потенциальному лизингополучателю необходимо хорошо разбираться в специфике вариантов намеченной сделки, понимать их достоинства и недостатки. Знание данных особенностей существенно повышает его шансы на успешное заключение соответствующего соглашения.
