Достижение Синергетического Эффекта Как Цель Управления Рисками Корпоративной Интеграции На Микроуровне

Abstract

Результативность корпоративной интеграции, выражаемая достигаемым синергетическим эффектом, во многом зависит от эффективности управления рисками слияний и поглощений. В работе показано, что возможность достижения синергий коррелирует с влияющими на будущее слияния/поглощения рисками планирования и совершения сделки, а также зрелой интеграции бизнесов. Представлены аргументы в пользу актуальности управления рисками стратегических слияний и поглощений как фактора эффективной интеграции бизнесов.
