Развитие Принципов Проектного Управления Инновационным Развитием Хозяйственных Систем В Условиях Экономики Знаний

Abstract

Установлено, что в условиях перехода на новый тип управления, соответствующий принципам экономики знаний, только проектный подход к управлению инновационным развитием экономических систем различного уровня может обеспечить закрепление российского технологического лидерства в соответствующих секторах экономики, создание технологий и продуктов нового поколения и успешную конкуренцию с зарубежными производителями на внутреннем и мировых рынках. Предложена авторская систематизированная модель проектного управления инновационным развитием региона в условиях экономики знаний.
