Abstract

В системе приоритетных направлений международно-правовой охраны окружающей среды важное место занимают организационно-правовые меры охраны почв. В связи с этим земельное и экологическое законодательство Российской Федерации призваны на национальном уровне обеспечить формирование эффективной системы правовых мер, обеспечивающих рациональное использование и охрану почв, как одного из важнейших природных компонентов окружающей среды.
