Abstract

Проанализированы основные составляющие принципа состязательности с позиции возможности их реализации в рамках действующего УПК РФ применительно к досудебным стадиям. Сделан вывод о невозможности распространения в полном объеме состязательности на стадии возбуждения уголовного дела и предварительного расследования.
