Abstract

Недостаточно востребованным резервом в процессе противодействия обороту фальсифицированных лекарственных средств является виктимологический аспект. Эффективность виктимологической профилактики всецело зависит от изученности соответствующих факторов, способствующих совершению оборота фальсифицированных лекарственных средств. В статье на основе литературных источников авторы проанализировали виктимологические факторы, свойственные обороту фальсифицированных лекарственных средств.
