Abstract

На примере ООО «Пластстрой» проведен анализ показателей качества меж-комнатных дверей. Исследованы характеристики забракованной продукции, рекламации и претензии покупателей. Рассмотрен экспертный метод оценки факторов, влияющих на изготовление качественной продукции.
