Abstract

Статья посвящена рассмотрению возможности осуществления, получившего законодательное закрепление смешанного способа реорганизации коммерческих организаций. Основываясь на складывающимся правовом регулировании и высказанных мнениях правоведов относительно данной процедуры, делается вывод о её нецелесообразности и необходимости исключения соответствующих правовых норм из действующего законодательства.The article is devoted consider the possibility of implementing received legislating of the mixed method reorganization of commercial organizations. Based on establishing legal regulation and express opinions of the legists about this procedure, concluded its inappropriate and the need to exclude these legal norms of the current legislation.
