Abstract

Мировая сделка является одной из наиболее актуальных и активно применяемых в современном мире правовых конструкций договорного урегулирования гражданско-правовых споров. Автором с позиций материального права анализируется понятие и выявляются признаки и особенности мировой сделки на примере законодательства Франции.The amicable transaction is one of the most important and actively employed in the modern world legal constructions of the contractual settlement of civil disputes. From the perspective of substantive law the author analyzed the notion and revealed signs and features of the amicable transaction by the example of legislation in France.
