Abstract

Исследуются вопросы понимания экстремистской деятельности с криминалистических позиций. Указывается, что криминалистический характер дефиниции экстремизма определяется, прежде всего, деятельностным характером этого явления. Рассматривается криминалистическая структура указанной группы преступлений, а также приводится классификация экстремистской преступной деятельности, посягающей на права и законные интересы человека и гражданина.This article examines the issues of understanding extremist activities with forensic positions. Specifies that the forensic nature of the definition of extremism is primarily determined by the active nature of this phenomenon. The author discusses forensic structure of this group of crimes, as well as the classification of extremist criminal activity that infringes on the rights and legal interests of man and citizen.
