Abstract

Рассматриваются некоторые особенности назначения и проведения различных видов судебных экспертиз при расследовании побоев. Тезисно определено значение медицинского освидетельствования, а также освидетельствования как разновидности следственного осмотра при расследовании преступлений данного вида.Annotation of the article: in the article are observed some aspects of imposing and conducting different types of forensic examinations during assault investigation. Here is given the definition of medical certification and certification, as a variety of inquisitional examination during this type of crime investigation.
