Abstract

Рассматриваются вопросы взаимодействия государственных и муниципальных органов муниципальной власти и бизнес-сообществ с целью обеспечения координаций усилий, направленных на преодоление последствий экономических санкций и обеспечения опережающего роста российской экономики. Рассмотрены мероприятия, необходимые для обеспечения эффективного формирования и управления промышленными кластерами в современных экономических условиях в России.The article examines interaction between state and municipal authorities, municipal authorities and business communities to ensure coordination of efforts to overcome consequences of economic sanctions and to ensure rapid growth of Russian economy. The article describes the activities necessary to ensure e ffective establishment and management of industrial clusters in current economic conditions in Russia.
