Abstract

Предложено повышение эффективности принятия управленческих решений в организации, с учетом адаптации к условиям рынка на основе перехода на вариантное производство продукции и уменьшение подготовительно-заключительного времени. Это возможно только при использовании организационно-экономических инноваций.Proposed to increase the efficiency of management decision-making in the organization, taking into account adaptation to the market on the basis of the transition to the variant production and reducing set-up times. This is only possible when using organizational and economic innovation.
