Abstract

Рассмотрен практический пример позиционирования торговых марок на рынке с использованием стратегических матриц, а именно матрицы Бостонской-Консультативной группы и матрицы МакКинси. Выявлено положение конкурентов на рынке как с точки зрения привлекательности отрасли, так и с точки зрения темпов роста рынка. Предложены основные мероприятия по улучшению положению ведущих предприятий в отрасли.
