Abstract

Рассмотрена стратегия формирования строительного пула направленная на обеспечение финансирования территорий массовой застройки жилья, с учетом возникающих информационных, материальных и финансовых потоков. В рамках данного подхода выделены основополагающие, стратегические принципы финансового обеспечения и управления процессом жилищного строительства.The article describes the strategy of forming a pool of construction aimed at providing funding areas of mass construction of housing, taking into account emerging information, material and financial flows. Under this approach, highlighted the fundamental strategic principles offinancial security and the management of housing.
