Abstract

Модель «открытых инноваций» позволяет существенно сократить риски инновационной, инвестиционной и операционной деятельности предприятия. Статья посвящена анализу тех рисков управления затратами, которые в большей степени подда-ютсяуменьшению и нейтрализации при использовании модели «открытых инноваций».The model of "open innovation" can significantly reduce the risks of innovation, investment and operating activities of the enterprise. The article is devoted to the analysis of the risk management costs, which are largely amenable to reduction and neutralization by using the model of "open innovation".
