Abstract

Рассмотрены вопросы управления знаниями, процессы, происходящие в мозгу человека, и создания интеллектуальных систем, учитывающих взаимодействия с окружением, комплексов алгоритмов и программ для реализации сложных коммуникативных информационных процессов.The problems of knowledge management processes in the human brain, and the creation of intelligent systems, taking into account the interaction with the environment, complex algorithms and programs for the implementation of complex communication of information processes.
