Abstract

Определено, что формирование условий для расширения масштабов производства конкурентоспособной продукции, создания новой импортозамещающей наукоемкой технологической продукции является приоритетом инновационной политики управления как на федеральном, так и региональном уровнях. Выделены эффективно функционирующие инструменты поддержки инновационноых проектов импортоза-мещения на региональном уровне. Предложены паспорт программы импортозамеще-ния на региональном уровне и перечень приоритетных проектов импортозамещения с учетом особенностей социально-экономического развития Орловской области.T is determined that the creation of conditions for increasing the production of competitive products, create a new import-substituting high technology products is a priority management policies at both the Federal and regional levels. Selected well-functioning instruments to support projects of import substitution at the regional level. The proposed passport program of import substitution at the regional level and the list of priority projects of import substitution, taking into account characteristics of socio-economic development of the Orel region.
