Abstract

Рассмотрена авторская структурная модель управления инновационной деятельностью в системе жилищно-коммунального хозяйства, ориентированная на построение долгосрочных партнерских отношений со всеми участниками, вовлеченными в процесс предоставления или потребления услуг, реализуемых с использованием инноваций.In article the author's structural model of management of innovative activity in system of housing and communal services focused on creation of long-term partnership with all participants involved in process of granting or consumption of the services realized with use of innovations is considered.
