Abstract

Важной задачей является управление муниципальным имуществом в рыночных условиях. Решение этой задачи неразрывно связано с общей системой управления экономикой, так как нельзя ограничить рамками компетенции полномочий собственника указанного имущества. Государство как собственник имущества устанавливает правила и условия, влияющие на характерные особенности и принципы управления системой муниципального имущества. Государственные предприятия в отличие от частного собственника, направлены на осуществление оборонных и социальных задач, а не на получение максимальной прибыли
