Abstract

Рассмотрена связь между вложениями в человеческий капитал и производительностью труда в условиях влияния мирового финансового кризиса 2008 2009 годов. Человеческий капитал, формируемый в системе образования, рассматривался как важнейший фактор экономики знаний. В качестве главных факторов определены фондовооруженность труда и уровень образования занятого населения. Выявлена общая тенденция к спаду по двум рассматриваемым параметром, которая явилась следствием финансового кризиса в России.The relation between investment in human capital and labor productivity in the conditions of the global financial crisis 2008 2009 period. Human capital formed in the education system, was seen as the most important factor of the knowledge economy. As the main factors identified by the capital-labor and the level of education of the employed population. A general tendency to decline by two parameters under consideration, which is a consequence of the financial crisis in Russia.
