Принципы Формирования И Управления Промышленными Кластерами

Abstract

Перечислены и обоснованы принципы формирования и управления промышленными кластерами, а именно: принцип соответствия модели формирования промышленного кластера имеющимся условиям, принцип адекватности размера промышленного кластера, принцип взаимодействия кооперации и конкуренции, принцип изменчивости границ кластерных образований, принцип целостной системы управления, принцип гармоничного интегрирования промышленного кластера в экономику России, принцип продуктовой специализации, принцип инновационности. Предложен управленческие решения по их реализации.
