Abstract

Рассмотрены действия субъекта расследования, выполняемые на подготовительном, рабочем и заключительном этапах осмотра документов, проводимого в рамках расследования экологических преступлений. Обозначены проблемные вопросы, возникающие при проведении данного следственного действия, и предложены пути их разрешения.
