Abstract

Рассматриваются вопросы, раскрывающие правовую основу, порядок назначения и выплаты государственной академической стипендии. Среди различных видов стипендий авторами особое внимание уделяется государственной академической стипендии, отмечается широкое распространение рассматриваемого вида стипендий. Представленный авторами анализ основан на обширной эмпирической базе, сформированной в рамках мониторинга стипендиального обеспечения образовательных организаций высшего образовании. Отдельное внимание уделяется особенностям назначения и выплаты повышенной государственной академической стипендии за достижения в учебной, научно-исследовательской, общественной, культурно-творческой и спортивной деятельности. Подробно рассмотрены требования, которым должен соответствовать студент, претендующий на получение государственной академической стипендии и повышенной государственной академической стипендии.
