Abstract

Совершенствование законодательства в сфере земли и иной недвижимости, создание автоматизированной системы ведения государственного земельного кадастра и государственного учета объектов недвижимости, содержащего сведения обо всех объектах недвижимости, облагаемых имущественными налогами, является важнейшей задачей государства в сфере управления оборотом недвижимости и обеспечения гарантии прав собственности и иных вещных прав на недвижимое имущество.
