Abstract

Приводится перечень видов выплат стимулирующего характера работникам медицинского учреждения. Разработаны критерии (индикаторы) интенсивности, результативности и качества выполняемых работ, применяемые в практике деятельности конкретного лечебного учреждения при оценке эффективности работы различных категорий работников.
