Abstract

На основе принципов определения объемов ассигнований на комплексную целевую программу (КЦП) фундаментальных прогнозных поисковых исследований (ФППИ) предложена схема обоснования проекта КЦП ФППИ. Предложена методика определения стоимости базового проекта научных исследований на основе обработки данных о наиболее результативных исследованиях в рамках КЦП ФППИ.
