Abstract

В статье обосновывается необходимость разработки современных концептуальных основ криминалистического исследования нарезного огнестрельного оружия, которые должны способствовать обогащению криминалистических, судебно-экспертных и оперативнорозыскных знаний, объединению и систематизации практических знаний в этой области, раскрытию закономерностей развития судебно-баллистической диагностики и идентификации.
