Анализ Перехода Российской Экономики На Инновационный Путь Развития

Abstract

Рассматривается состояние современной инновационной системы России: расходы на научно-исследовательские и опытно-конструкторские разработки и позиции России в обрабатывающей промышленности. Проведен краткий сравнительный анализ рейтинга российской экономики по данным независимых международных Агентств. Предложен необходимый комплекс мер по созданию условий для перехода российской экономики на инновационный путь развития.
