Abstract

Определено, что для обеспечения эффективного перехода России на инновационный путь развития необходимо установление четкой иерархии документов стратегического планирования, определяющих государственную политику в сфере науки и инноваций, на различных уровнях: федеральном, региональном и корпоративном. Обоснована необходимость формирования региональных стратегий инновационного развития с учетом потенциала и уровня технологической активности в регионе.
