Abstract

Бурное развитие кластерных инициатив в современных российских условиях ставит проблему эффективного инфраструктурного обеспечения функционирования кластеров. В статье она рассматривается применительно к информационно-телекоммуникационным услугам, ориентированным на создание технической среды взаимодействия участников кластера. Предложен подход к ее решению на основе сегментноориентированного управлению сегментами сети малых и средних операторов связи.
