Abstract

Выявлены недостатки имеющихся моделей прогнозирования банкротства компаний, разработанных зарубежными и отечественными авторами. Рассмотрена модернизированная методика определения возможности банкротства организации на основе учета финансовых и управленческих характеристик предприятия с применением теории нечетких множеств.
