Abstract

Рассмотрены основные принципы создания и функционирования логистических систем, их организационно-экономическая среда функционирования для комплексного понимания процессов повышения эффективности деятельности и оптимизации параметров системы. Предложена базовая схема эффективного функционирования логистической системы, позволяющая в современных экономических реалиях выбрать рациональные способы действий в зависимости от ситуаций с целью достижения поставленных результатов, оптимизации всех бизнес-процессов системы и повышения эффективности всей деятельности.
