Abstract

Рассмотрены преимущества использования интегральных показателей эффективности проектов и их особенности, связанные с оценкой внедрения инструментов бережливого производства. Предложена методика расчета интегральных показателей эффективности для оценки результатов внедрения инструментов бережливого производства. Дан пример расчета интегральных показателей эффективности внедрения инструментов бережливого производства на машиностроительном предприятии города Калуга.
