Abstract

Рассматриваются вопросы повышения эффективности управления трудовыми ресурсами промышленных предприятий с целью создания необходимой базы для реализации инновационных программ. В работе использованы методы анализа и синтеза, с помощью которых исследованы элементы системы управления трудом на предприятиях машиностроительного комплекса. Сделан вывод о том, что для устранения выявленных недостатков сложившейся системы управления трудом на предприятиях следует создать эффективный механизм управления трудовыми ресурсами с использованием комплексного подхода.
