Формирование Системы Взаимодействия Стратегического И Тактического Управления Производственными Затратами Промышленного Предприятия

Abstract

Рассмотрена структура системы взаимодействия стратегического и тактического управления производственными затратами предприятия. Особенностью системы является то, что она определяет взаимосвязи и взаимодействия между такими элементами системы, как долгосрочные и краткосрочные цели и задачи управления производственными затратами, подсистемы стратегического, тактического и оперативного анализа, разработки и реализации стратегических, тактических и оперативных решений в процессе управления производственными затратами, а также контроля за реализацией функциональной стратегии управления производственными затратами и уровнями издержек производства.
