Тенденции Перераспределения Земель Сельскохозяйственного Назначения В Центральном Федеральном Округе

Abstract

Представлены итоги перераспределения земель сельскохозяйственного назначения, которые свидетельствуют об активном переходе земли от правопреемников бывших колхозов и совхозов к другим пользователям. Приведенные статистические данные о динамике использования земель подтверждают, что оборот сельскохозяйственных земель непрозрачен и требует совершенствования. Интересы органов власти в сфере земельно-имущественных отношений должны быть сопряжены с целями и задачами общего социально-экономического развития страны.
