Ускорение Перехода Промышленных Предприятий На Новый Технологический Уклад На Основе Совершенствования Управления Процессом Формирования Инновационных Технологий

Abstract

Рассмотрены вопросы совершенствования управления процессом формирования инновационных технологий в целях ускорения перехода промышленных предприятий на новый технологический уклад. В статье содержатся предложения по схеме смены новых технологий и модернизации технологического оборудования. Предложен проектный подход формирования рынков инновационных технологий и цен инновационных проектов покупателей и разработчиков. В качестве условия финансирования разработки и реализации инноваций выступает оценка различных видов экономических и неэкономических эффектов. Определены условия развития и организационные формы рынков инноваций.
