Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу институциональных основ обеспечения безопасности российской экономики в условиях глобальной нестабильности. В данном контексте рассматривается национальная бизнес-среда, в современных условиях испытывающая на себе воздействие комплекса многообразных факторов. На базе анализа авторами делается вывод о необходимости совершенствования бизнес-среды и обосновывается необходимость применения эффективного механизма государственно-частного партнерства.
