Abstract

Рассмотрено использование проектного финансирования процесса воспроизводства основного капитала предприятия на принципах кластерного подхода. Определены четыре основные задачи проектного финансирования, к которым относятся: разработка эффективного инвестиционного проекта; определение состава участников проектного финансирования и установление взаимосвязей между ними; определение величины дохода или другого результата деятельности, получаемого каждым участником проектного финансирования; распределение рисков между участниками проектного финансирования. Решение четырех сформулированных задач обеспечивает осуществление инновационного воспроизводства основного капитала предприятия.
