Abstract

В статье проанализированы различные тактические приемы проведения допросов подозреваемых и обвиняемых по уголовным делам о преступлениях экстремистской направленности, совершенных организованными преступными формированиями. Авторами сформулированы основные тактические задачи, решаемые в ходе проведения допросов таких лиц, а также сопутствующих их производству тактических операций.
