Abstract

В статье рассмотрены некоторые проблемные вопросы подготовки специалистов в вузах МВД по таким учебным дисциплинам, как криминалистика, судебная экспертиза, уголовный процесс. Обозначены те недоработи в системе подготовки высококвалифицированных кадров по указанным дисциплинам, которые требуют скорейшего устранения, разработки принципиально новых подходов, поиска механизмов, методов, способов обучения в системе современного образования и предложены пути решения этих проблем.
