Abstract

Статья посвящена вопросам реформирования Международного валютного фонда (МВФ). Анализируются основные проблемы, стоящие перед организацией. Ставится вопрос о роли США в принятии решений МВФ и в системе управления Фондом. Делается вывод, что сегодня политику МВФ в большей степени определяют национальные интересы США, нежели мировое сообщество. Автор подчеркивает растущую зависимость МВФ от Федеральной резервной системы США, фактически финансирующей МВФ.
