Мониторинг Эффективности Деятельности Органов Местного Самоуправления Городских Округов И Муниципальных Районов В Тульской Области

Abstract

В современной России все большее внимание уделяется оценке качества как государственного, так и муниципального управления. Федеральный закон № 131 от 6 октября 2006 года положил начало поиску эффективных путей развития муниципальных образований. Эффективное же развитие муниципалитетов предопределяет эффективное развитие всей страны. В этой связи особое значение имеет перечень показателей, характеризующих эффективность развития местного самоуправления. В соответствии с указом Президента РФ от 28 апреля 2008 г. № 607 "Об оценке эффективности деятельности органов местного самоуправления городских округов и муниципальных районов" разработана система показателей, характеризующих эффективность развития муниципалитетов. Регулярный мониторинг данных показателей позволяет корректировать управленческие усилия и оптимизировать дальнейшее развитие местного самоуправления.
