Abstract

Рассмотрены проблемы денежно кредитного регулирования, реализуемого в нашей стране, Выявлено ряд очень специфических фактов размещения резервов при наличии дефицита федерального бюджета. Рассмотрена проблема выбора инструментов для инвестирования средств страховых и пенсионных резервов, международных резервов Российской Федерации, а также целесообразности размещения российским правительством в существующих условиях государственных ценных бумаг.
