Abstract

В статье проводится исследование особенностей развития классификационных построений в криминалистике и судебной экспертизе, а также раскрываются вопросы значения классификации для правильного изучения существующих проблем в криминалистике и судебной экспертизе, раскрывается понятие, сущность и значение философского подхода классификационных построений.
