Abstract

Основываясь на анализе руководящих указаний Генерального прокурора Российской Федерации, действующего законодательства, статистики о состоянии законности автором переосмыслено понимание приоритетных направлений прокурорского надзора за исполнением законов в сфере оказания поддержки малому и среднему предпринимательству.
